# StartServiceW failed:87 & Driver install/start

## **If you encounter this error, please follow these steps:**

* **Check if you have any antivirus software installed on your computer. If yes, temporarily disable it.**
* **If Valorant is installed, check if Vanguard (its anti-cheat) is running in the background. If it is, fully exit it.**
* **If Faceit is installed, completely terminate its Anti-Cheat program. (or uninstall Faceit)**
